Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned against attempts by certain countries to dominate the world.
Putin made the remarks in his address commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany. US President Barack Obama has boycotted the festivities, as have the leaders of Britain and France; Russia’s other key allies during the Second World War.
