The Deputy Prime Ministers of Bulgaria and Ukraine Mariyana Nikolova and Stepan Kubiv reached agreement to resume the work of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation which has not sat in nine years. Stepan Kubiv proposed the discussion of issues from the economic, tariff, military and educational sphere, the decentralization of Ukraine and contacts between Bulgarian municipality and the municipalities of Odessa, Nikolayev and Zaporizhzhya districts.
