About 500 Bessarabian Bulgarians from the village of Kulevcha in Odessa region stood up, Friday to protest against the attempts of Kiev authorities for a forceful mobilization. Local men acutely confronted and chased away the military recruitment team sent from Kiev. The Bulgarians from Kulevcha posted in the Internet a video showing the protests in the village square and the Bessarabian’s clash with a Ukrainian officer, who tried to forcefully recruit them for military service.
