The conflict in Ukraine and its effect on the Balkan region and the rest of Europe were in the focus of attention during the talks between Bulgarian President Rossen Plevneliev and the President of the European Council Donald Tusk. The two are of the opinion that the changing situation presupposes that EU countries are united and talk in one and the same language when it comes to standing up for European principles and values.
