Legislative changes are being prepared, aiming to ease the hiring of highly skilled experts from countries outside the EU – the so-called Blue Card, used by such experts to work in Bulgaria. The card is proposed to be available for any occupation and to be issued for four years instead of one, Vice Premier Valeri Simeonov voiced to public.
