Bulgarian Minister of Defense Krassimir Karakachanov has confirmed there was a framework agreement for the repairs of the MiG-29 jet fighters of the Bulgarian Armed Forces. The agreement will soon be signed directly with the Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG.Procedures for appealing the agreement by a Ukrainian company have been closed.
