Students from the Bulgarian diaspora in Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, North Macedonia, Ukraine and Serbia will be exempt from paying fees for their studies in Bulgarian universities. The Bulgarian cabinet decided that these students will receive scholarships amounting to EUR 123 per month in the first year of their studies.
