European Union sanctions against Moscow and reciprocal measures taken by the Russian side have led to negative effects on Bulgarian economy, Energy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski has said. The effects of sanctions resulted in a 14.4-percent decline of trade turnover between Bulgaria and Russia in 2014, in comparison to 2013.
