The Ministry of Interior has reported that as of March 25, Bulgarians traveling to Romania are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine at their designated address in Bulgaria’s northern neighbor. This does not apply to drivers of trucks and Bulgarian citizens traveling transit. Trucks traveling to Moldova and Ukraine can only enter Romania via the Ruse – Giurgiu border crossing.
