It is necessary to change the obsolete decrees regulating the residence and training in this country for young people from the Bulgarian communities abroad, Vice President Iliyana Yotova said. At a meeting at the University of Plovdiv with students from the Western Outlands, Moldova and Ukraine, Yotova assured them that Bulgaria did not regard them as “some other Bulgarians”.
