The Ukrainian, Russian, German and French leaders left the negotiating room after spending all night locked in talks in Minsk, Belarus, aimed at securing a cease fire in eastern Ukraine. The leaders had a brief break in the meeting, which has now resumed. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was quoted as saying Russia’s position was unacceptable.
