Obama Says Planned NATO Deployments Send A Clear Message

U.S. President Barack Obama reaffirmed his commitment to defend other NATO states under what is known as Article 5 of the alliance’s charter. He spoke at a news conference in Tallinn with Estonian President Toomas Ilves.
