Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic says the conflict in Ukraine reminds him of what happened in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s. Dacic was speaking to RFE/RL’s Balkan Service ahead of Serbia assuming the presidency of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
