Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, met on February 3 in Kyiv for talks mainly focused on trade. Turkey has been strengthening ties with Russia, but adamantly opposes Moscow’s annexation of Crimea.
