Zelenskiy Sworn In As Ukrainian President, Says He Is Dissolving Parliament


Volodymyr Zelenskiy took the oath of office as Ukraine’s new president on May 20 in Kyiv. In his inaugural speech, he announced that he is dissolving the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, and called for the dismissal of several top officials.
