President Trump said in a tweet on Thursday that Russia is laughing at the U.S. because of the Democratic party’s obsession with Russia — but President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov don’t appear to be paying much attention.
“Russia must be laughing up their sleeves watching as the U.S. tears itself apart over a Democrat EXCUSE for losing the election,” Trump’s tweet said.
