ASTANA – Tree Energy, a small company from Almaty has launched a challenge to world leaders in the production of wind generators and water-power stations using 90 percent of Kazakhstan components.
“Our form of blades makes our wind generators easier to produce, protects the generators against extreme Kazakhstan storms and makes them much cheaper.
