HAMBURG – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Erlan Idrissov participated in the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) annual Council of Foreign Ministers, the C5+1 meeting of foreign ministers of Central Asian countries and the United States and the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) ministerial meeting during a Dec. 7-9 visit to Germany.
