NATO’s Black Sea members Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey joined four other alliance states in a multinational naval exercise in the Black Sea off the Bulgarian coast on Tuesday (March 10). The exercise was held just across the water from the Crimean Peninsula, which was annexed by Russia from Ukraine in March 2014.
