Signs of continued fighting are evident in eastern Ukraine less than 24 hours after a ceasefire agreement was to have taken affect. Large holes, damaged buildings and shells could be seen in Popasna- about 50 kilometers north of stronghold Debaltseve where pro-Russian rebels have said they would not observe the truce.
