Ukraine’s two-month-old ceasefire appears to be on shaky ground. Ukrainian troops have been firing on pro-Russian rebel positions south of Donetsk, with both sides accusing the other of having violated the terms of the peace plan. In the nearby city of Kharkiv, an explosion tore through a cafe, leaving more than 11 people injured.
