Sunday, November 20, 2016 – Cases of Members of Parliament behaving badly have become common place world over.Earlier this week, a Ukrainian lawmaker punched his colleague in the face, in the latest brawl in the troubled nation’s rough parliament.Apparently, the guy speaking is radical Party head, Oleh Lyashko, and while speaking he denounced opposition Bloc head, Yuri Boiko, first as a Kremlin agent in Ukraine.
