Ukrainian soccer club proposes segregating fans to prevent racist attacks
Outrage spread quickly after four black men were allegedly attacked during a soccer match in Kiev last week. The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) launched an investigation into the incident, but it hasn’t reached a decision yet.
