Aleppo evacuation ‘could take days’
The Red Cross has warned that the evacuation of all 50,000 people trapped in eastern Aleppo could take days, after 3,000 were removed yesterday. Russia’s defence ministry, meanwhile, says 6,400 were bussed out yesterday to its ‘Reconciliation Centre’. The US has accused Syria, backed by Russia, of the slaughter of civilians.
