PM: JAIL THOSE WHO IGNORE CHILD ABUSEDavid Cameron will today set out plans to jail professionals who turn a blind eye to evidence of child abuse for up to five years. The crime of “wilful neglect” will be extended to cover children’s social care and education. There will be unlimited fines for individuals and organisations who have let children down.
