Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said Tuesday that the vast majority of senators believe that Russia interfered in the Nov. 8 election — and they plan to act.
“I would say that 99 percent of us believe that the Russians did this, and we’re going to do something about it,” Graham told CNN’s Jim Sciutto during a joint interview with Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on “The Situation Room.”
