Leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France have left the negotiating room in the Belarusian capital Minsk where they were locked in all-night talks on a plan to end 10 months of fighting in Ukraine.
A diplomatic source of Reuters news agency said early on Thursday that the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France would sign a document following the talks.
The source would not provide details of the nature of the document, Reuters reported.
