WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House says the United States could impose additional economic sanctions on Russia as soon as Tuesday.The U.S. penalties would follow tougher sanctions agreed to by European Union leaders earlier in the day.White House spokesman Josh Earnest says the EU sanctions are welcome news.
