AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – A Dutch website said on Sunday it had garnered enough signatures to force the Netherlands to hold a non-binding referendum on the EU’s association agreement with Ukraine, in a move meant to signal popular dissatisfaction with Dutch European policy.
