COM DEV, Canada’s second largest space firm, is up for sale, according to various reports.
Media reports suggest that COM DEV has approached Comtech Telecommunications Corp, Honeywell International Inc, L-3 Communications Holdings Inc and Thales SA, to see if any of these firms are interested in purchasing the satellite component manufacturer.
COM DEV has responded by issuing the following statement:
