Mikheil Saakashvili, the former Georgian president, has resigned as governor of Ukraine’s Odessa region, informs BBC.
The news channel 112 Ukrayina TV said Mr Saakashvili cited corruption in the capital, Kiev, as one reason for his decision. He also criticised the huge wealth of some Ukrainian politicians.
