MOSCOW ― U.S. President Barack Obama’s term in office will soon be over, but he has yet to achieve one of his main goals: fixing the rapport with Russia. Soon after he was elected, Obama announced the beginning of a new era of relations with Russia, an era which would allow Moscow and Washington to not oppose one another, but to cooperate.
