MOSCOW: Donald Trump’s victory in the US presidential election could help to improve the US-Russian relations, which are at the lowest point since the Cold War, the last Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev said on Wednesday.
“I do not rule out that, under the new president of the USA, Russian-American relations could significantly improve,” Gorbachev told Russia’s Interfax news agency.
