PARIS â France is tracking threats against its sovereignty and democratic process with the “greatest vigilance,” the Foreign Ministry said Friday after the United States sanctioned Russia over attempts to influence the presidential election.
“France permanently and with the greatest vigilance tracks anything that could affect its sovereignty and the regular democratic expression of it,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.
