Baku / 17.01.17 / Turan: The agency Bloomberg published a rating -2017 “The most innovative countries.” The list includes the top 50 countries, where, of course, Azerbaijan has no place. Of the former Soviet republics Russia leads the list (26th place), followed by Lithuania (32), Estonia (33), Latvia (39), Ukraine (42) and Kazakhstan (48).
The top ten are South Korea, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Singapore, Japan, Denmark, the USA, and Israel.
