There is a “great probability” that Moscow will take over the Donbass region in eastern Ukraine, Poland’s Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said Wednesday during a visit to Kyiv, Radio Poland reported.
Waszczykowski warned Russia is already issuing identity cards and passports, seizing Ukrainian property and cutting the eastern region off from the rest of the country.
