Rome.- With an aggressive speech against Syria, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Russia and, to a lesser extent, Iran, G-7 foreign ministers closed Tuesday their two-day meeting in the Italian city of Lucca.
The fight against terrorism, the confrontation with the Islamic State and a general review of the situation in Iraq, Libya, Africa, including the Horn of Africa and the Sahel region, Yemen, Ukraine as well as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict are other aspects addressed in the 30-page Final Declaration.
