Russia will support final version in security council vote if no one is blamed, according to reports in Australian newspaper The UN security council is due to vote Monday on a resolution that would condemn the downing of a Malaysian passenger plane in Ukraine and demands that those responsible be held accountable and that armed groups do not compromise the crash site integrity.
