“It is impossible to maintain status quo in Artsakh, today we can see that,” Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu today announced at the plenary sitting at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). He announced that the Armenians must be warned to stop the aggressive operations, as not only soldiers are killed as a result of it, but also civilians.
