Famous blogger Alexandr Lapshin has been extradited to Azerbaijan.
Lapshin, a citizen of Russia, Ukraine and Israel, has already arrived in Baku. He was flown on a special charter flight.
“This demonstates the fearful stance of the Republican Party of Armenia,” says Mane Tandilyan, Vice-Chair of the Bright Armenia Party and a member of the Yelk alliance.
