Ukraine has decided to block Russian trucks from moving across its territory.Earlier, Russia banned Ukrainian trucks traveling on its territory.
Ukrainian officials say Russia is violating both WTO (World Trade Organization) procedures and bilateral state agreements on road transport.
The Foreign Ministry is demanding an explanation of why such a blockade was imposed. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Prime Minister says Ukraine is appealing to EU member countries to help make Russia implement the basic rules of the WTO.
