19 February 2016 – Philippine Ambassador to the Russian Federation Carlos D. Sorreta, met with Dr. Dmitri Trenin, Director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, on February 17, in Moscow.
Ambassador Sorreta and Dr. Trenin exchanged views on Russian foreign policy on a wide range of issues – from general international relations questions such as the evolving global order and Russia’s place in it, to specific matters including Russia’s relations with the West, Ukraine, and developments in the Middle East, particularly in Syria.
