Russia wants to soon send another convoy of humanitarian aid to Ukraine – even though the tensions raised by the first shipment have not yet subsided.Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday a new convoy would start in the coming days along the same route as the previous one, and noted that preventing its passage would constitute a breach of international law.
