Chairman of NATO’s Military Committee Petr Pavel has said that Russia’s growing military prowess was undeniable – even if its intentions were unclear.This is according to the website Politico, which quoted him as saying that NATO was “confronting efforts by Russia to increase its military capabilities on virtually every level and allies were on guard to prevent any repeat of the Kremlin’s military intervention in Crimea and eastern Ukraine.”
