European Union Commission head Jose Manuel Barroso gave a grim assessment of the situation in Ukraine on Saturday after talks in Belgium with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. “We are in a very serious, I would say, dramatic situation … where we can reach the point of no return,” Barroso said, according to Agence France-Presse.
