BEIJING (AP) — The European Union’s foreign policy chief says she’s confident the EU and China can agree to a common approach on climate change ahead of negotiations on carbon reductions in Paris this year.
Federica Mogherini told reporters in Beijing on Tuesday that China’s targets for slowing and gradually reducing its greenhouse gas emissions were strongly appreciated by the international community.
