Medics and charities working in Donetsk say dwindling supplies of methadone means addicts are not getting adequate help to rehabilitate. Not only is drug use on the rise in rebel-controlled Eastern Ukraine, but an upsurge in the sharing of needles has led to an increase in HIV infections.
