The leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany continued meetings early Thursday aimed at ending the Ukraine crisis after engaging in marathon all-night talks in the Belarusian capital. During a break in the talks, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said the negotiations are ongoing but there is “no good news yet” on a cease-fire deal for eastern Ukraine. President Poroshenko told the French news agency that Russia is imposing “unacceptable” conditions at the talks in Minsk.
