Foreign ministers from the European Union’s member states will arrive in Brussels on Monday (9 February) for their third meeting in three weeks – but the pressure of security and political crises may still upset the scheduled agenda.
The focus of the meeting is supposed to be on the EU’s relations with Africa, with ministers taking up the trio of themes – peace, prosperity and partnerships – that shaped the EU-Africa summit last April.
