German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet Vladimir Putin, Russiaâs president, in Sochi on May 2 to discuss preparations for July’s G20 summit in Hamburg, Reuters reported Friday.
German government spokesman Steffen Seibert said at a press conference that the leaders would also discuss the war in Syria, and Ukraine.
